ABCO Subsea Associates (ASA) will serve the offshore operator, service contractor and/or original equipment manufacturers in the definition, procurement, installation and commissioning of underwater exploration and production systems. Analysis, Evaluation, and Studies

We can help get an offshore project started. Working from reservoir size, location and overlay data, fluid sample analyses and operator defined production and economic goals, we provide quick turn-around of preliminary fluid flow nodal analysis, flowline sizing, and flowline insulation and heating assessment. Our in-house analysis tools (TODAL; PIPESIM; CALSEP-PVT) give a project shape, as well as clear foundations for sound design.

 

Management, Auditing, Assessment, Reporting

We can keep things moving once the project starts, providing any/all aspects of project management. We also provide on-site vendor auditing and rig/facilities surveys.

 

Regulations, Standards, HSE, Intellectual Property

We know that safety, reliability, and operability always work together. Our knowledge of regulations (30CFR250), standards (API 6, 14, 17) and processes (HAZID/HAZOP) do more than meet regulatory requirements, they provide a solid structure upon which sound early decisions save project time and cost from the earliest phase of the work.
