ABCO’s clamp line can be used in a variety of applications from guide wires to production risers or drilling risers. Special designs can be attached to any type of structure. All of ABCO’s clamps are modular creating a flexible system so that all our clamp shells will connect toall our mounting assemblies for simplicity and ease of use.

Pod Hose Clamps

The SB-BOP Clamp is designed for a single large umbilical, 3 to 4.5 inches OD (76 to 114 mm OD), to clamp to a ¾ inch (19mm) cable (Pod Recovery Line). This Clamp is a polyurethane shell with steel mounting assembly that provides a light weight design with a sleek exterior that has no sharp edges preventing fouling or entanglement with other equipment during operations.  SB-BOP Clamp Spec Sheet
 

Derrick Clamps

ABCO’s Derrick Clamp is designed to prevent cable clashing of the top drive/compensator power and control lines on the derrick. MUX Clamp (HS Clamp)

The MUX Clamp product line is an all stainless steel clamp designed for multiple lines less than 3 inches (76 mm) in diameter ideally designed for MUX lines, small electrical or fiber-optic lines, and other types of monitoring cables. The MUX clamp attaches to the marine drilling riser, such that the supported cables are protected within the syntactic foam envelope. Clamps vary in height and are easily removed by the release pin. IWOCS Clamps

The SB-BOP Urethane Clamp is designed for use with Installation/Workover Control Systems (IWOCS). This clamp is light weight in design and has no sharp edges therefore preventing fouling or entanglement with other equipment during running operations.  IWOCS Clamp Spec Sheet

Ratchet Strap Clamp

ABCO’s Ratchet Clamp is a light weight quick install clamp that is used to bundle lines to the riser in single or multiple line configurations.The ratchet clamp uses a strap and ratchet system so that the clamp can adjust to larger sizes including open water marine risers.The low profile of the ratchet clamp makes it suitable for clamping umbilicals inside completion risers.  Ratchet Clamp Spec Sheet
